However, if you are still in doubt, you may clear it by checking the authenticity in any of the COACH boutiques located in Malaysia. We encourage and welcome other doubtful SMH friends to do so .. :)

Reservation requires RM50 deposit within 24 hours.
Full payment within 1 week unless approved otherwise.

Installment is accepted for items RM600 above

Coach Outlet Items -Some of the items have bullet mark on the creed. Cheaper than retail price

Coach Boutique Items- No bullet mark. Normal US retail price

Q3 - What shipping method do you use locally?
Answer - We usually shipped the item via Pos Laju/Pos express.

Q4 - Do you do COD (cash on delivery) ?
Answer - Sorry dear, COD services is no longer available

Q5 - How about refunds ?
Answer - We do refund your deposit or your full payment , in case your item is Out-of-Stock or Defective.

Q6 - I want to cancel my order. Can i?
Answer - No cancellations , unless stated otherwise. Do email us & we'll sort things out.

Answer - It means that the item is available immediately with us and we can shipped the item immediately once we received full payment
