Reservation requires RM50 deposit within 24 hours.
Full payment within 1 week unless approved otherwise.

Installment is accepted for items RM600 above

Coach Outlet Items -Some of the items have bullet mark on the creed. Cheaper than retail price

Coach Boutique Items- No bullet mark. Normal US retail price

Answer - We usually shipped the item via Pos Laju/Pos express.

Q4 - Do you do COD (cash on delivery) ?
Answer - Sorry dear, COD services is no longer available

Answer - We do refund your deposit or your full payment , in case your item is Out-of-Stock or Defective.

Q6 - I want to cancel my order. Can i?
Answer - No cancellations , unless stated otherwise. Do email us & we'll sort things out.

Q7 - Stock -In- Hand. What are They?
Answer - It means that the item is available immediately with us and we can shipped the item immediately once we received full payment
