However, if you are still in doubt, you may clear it by checking the authenticity in any of the COACH boutiques located in Malaysia. We encourage and welcome other doubtful SMH friends to do so .. :)

Reservation requires RM50 deposit within 24 hours.
Full payment within 1 week unless approved otherwise.

Installment is accepted for items RM600 above

Coach Outlet Items -Some of the items have bullet mark on the creed. Cheaper than retail price

Coach Boutique Items- No bullet mark. Normal US retail price

To reserve / buy, fill in SMH order form at the bottom of this webpage pr email us at shopmeholic@gmail.com

** All items are based on first come first serve basis.

**All transactions are FINAL and all items purchased is NON REFUNDABLE AND EXCHAGEABLE

Payment Information

We accept payment via 3 methods below:

1) Cash Deposit/ bank-transfer via MAYBANK / MAYBANK2U.com .
We will email you the account details once you have agreed to pay.

2) Cash Deposit/ bank-transfer via CIMB/CIMB Clicks
We will email you the account details once you have agreed to pay.

3) Payment with major credit cards via PayPal.
** Please email me at shopmeholic@gmail.com first before you make any payment using your credit card as there will be additional 4% surcharge.

** Paypal is the easiet and safest way to puchase items internationally.

Once you have complete the payment..

You MUST:

1. Email me the proof of payment - payment details
2. Your full name, shipping address and phone number
3. Stated payment of which items (include ITEMS NUMBER)

Q1 - Are the items sold here orginal?
Answer - Yuuupp. 100% authentic and orginal. We purchase these items directly from USA, UK, Australia and Japan.

Q2 - Do you accept payment via credit card?
Answer - Yes. We do accept payment from major credit card company via paypal. Do let us know first, if you're paying thru it.

Q3 - What shipping method do you use locally?
Answer - We usually shipped the item via Pos Laju/Pos express.

Q4 - Do you do COD (cash on delivery) ?
Answer - Sorry dear, COD services is no longer available

Q5 - How about refunds ?
Answer - We do refund your deposit or your full payment , in case your item is Out-of-Stock or Defective.

Q6 - I want to cancel my order. Can i?
Answer - No cancellations , unless stated otherwise. Do email us & we'll sort things out.

Q7 - Stock -In- Hand. What are They?
Answer - It means that the item is available immediately with us and we can shipped the item immediately once we received full payment

Special Order is a special request made by you who would like to purchase merchandise which is not available in current Shop-Me-Holic's page but available at other websites.
